HOME INSPECTIONS

Since 1991, American Home Report, Inc. has provided informative and comprehensive home inspections throughout the greater Cincinnati area.  As a potential future home buyer or a current home owner, you will earn our trust and confidence to make important decisions regarding one of your biggest investments. Your home inspection report will include the assets and defects of the inspected property in an “easy-to-read” narrative summary and checklist format. Photos are taken throughout the inspection process and are incorporated into the report to help you identify, with clarity, those areas of concern.  To ensure the quality of the inspection process from  start to the completed report, home inspection reports are written & delivered via mail, e-mail (pdf file) or in-person within 12 to 48 hours.
