Preventive Home Maintenance Inspections (PHMI)

American Home Report, Inc. has by request, expanded their services to included Preventive Home Maintenance Inspections. PHMI inspections offer homeowners, who plan on remaining in their home, a “face to face” verbal explanation and a written summary of the current condition of the home.  Manufacture dates and life expectancies of major components are included has a guideline for the homeowner.  In addition, minor needed home repairs can be made by AHR if requested by the homeowner for an addition cost. 

PHMI include, but is not limited to:

  Electrical System / Outlets

  Plumbing / Central Heating and Cooling

  Foundation / Exterior Structure

  Roof / Gutters/ Downspouts / Chimney

  Interior / Doors / Windows

  Offer Yearly Service & Maintenance Contracts

   Minor needed home repairs can be scheduled (if Requested)
