Pre-Sale Inspections
Homeowners who plan on selling their home in the near future, use this service to inform and assist them so there are no unexpected delays during the selling process of their home. For example, the homeowner was not aware that the water heater was well beyond the life expectancy and that the future home buyer requested a replacement before closing.
Pre-sale inspections are on the same guidelines as a Preventive Home Maintenance Inspection (PHMI) and routinely occur 4 to 6 months before the listing of the home.
